These three songs immediately came to mind.  They make an unequalled point about strength being required to survive and it takes guts fortitude and determination.

Katy Perry is no shrinking violet. In this 2013 Grammy-nominated hit, she celebrates her transformation from a spineless pushover to a gutsy broad who is ready to tackle any challenge.

If you find that you need motivation, her can-do spirit is contagious.

God knows I’ve had hundreds and hundreds of reasons to give up give in, quit.  But I am a survivor. You can too!  So whenever life gets too much, seems overwhelming and too difficult remember one of these fabulous woman and sing their song as though it were an anthem and in your weakest moments, it will buoy you up and get you through to the next step.
