Much in our world today

Is something we castaway

Through the advent of time

Valuing less it’s such a crime

Moving through a day

Trying to make our way

Through long lines and queues

Insidiousness how it accrues

Hurry hurry, time constraints

There can be no complaints

Day after day, night after night

It’s a constant unending fight

To put first that most important

Starting with what is relevant

Somewhere along the way

To treasure moment in each day
