Instinct
Instinct said run don’t walk
Don’t get involved or talk
Keep your distance somethings wrong
My inner voice was loud ‘n strong
What I’m telling you is true
This time listen, I beg of you
Escape before it is too late
Don’t gape stare or vacillate
So you can live to tell the tale
Save yourself it’s time to bale
Your choice is obvious
Make it now, victorious
Hearing that inner voice, and heeding It. Truly a gift, Phyllis! 😉 xoM

Thank you Margarita. I was told by a cop once, if you’re getting on an elevator, there’s one person in it, and you feel funny, LISTEN, tell them you’re waiting for a friend and you’ll catch the next one. He said every single person he’d talked with that was attacked, raped, beaten, there had been that moment “instinct” gut feeling, whatever told them wait, don’t go. Heading our inner instinct can save our life and from harm.
